As one of the largest retailers on the planet, it’s important for Walmart to keep their customers first. Even a company of their size can’t succeed if their customer don’t feel appreciated. To make sure that their customers’ voices are being heard, Walmart has set up an online survey opportunity. This survey must be taken within 30 days of your visit to the store.
When customers take this survey, they’re given the chance to share all the details of their most recent visit, from the time they walked in and were greeted to the time they check out. This survey should only take you 10 minutes or less to complete. As a thank you for your time, when you complete this survey, you will be entered in a contest. 750 people will walk away with a $100 Walmart gift card, and five lucky winners will take home a $1,000gift card.
To begin taking this survey, you will need to have your receipt with you. There’s some information on it that you’ll need. You will be asked to rate the different areas of your shopping trip. It’s important to be honest here. Your answers are important, and will be sent directly to the corporate offices for consideration.
