If you’re a JCPenny employee, you know that you’ve got plenty of benefits that come along with your job. If you want to take full advantage of those benefits, make sure you’re managing them online. There’s an exclusive website created by the JCPenny human resources department to help you with everything you need. No matter if you’ve only been employed three days, or you’ve been employed 30 years and you’re close to retirement, you can take care of all your work matters from this website.

With Powerline, you can check your paystub, find your 401K and pension benefits, check your health and dental insurance plans, update your personal information, and so much more. The Powerline site first launched in 2009, and quickly became one of the most successful employee initiatives. Instead of having to navigate several sites to get this information, or having information that was available only from work, everything is now in one convenient spot, and is accessible from anywhere.
To login to the system, just your your user name and password. If you don’t have one, click on “Are You a New User?” link and follow the instructions to set up your account. You’ll need your identifying personal information, plus your employee identification number. Once you have your account set up, you can just log in like normal and use your account. You can log in to Powerline from your home computer, or from the employee kiosk located at your store.
