Class members in the case are defined as anyone who received a phone call from Convergent between the dates of August 26, 2008 and August 10, 2019 through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice without prior express consent or where any such consent had been revoked. Please note the class members have already been assigned a lawyer and the lawyers will receive 33% of the settlement pot.
