The GODIVA Customer Survey will require the customer to provide the purchase transaction number, the amount of time they waitined in line at the GODIVA Boutique, how likely they are to return plus their phone number and name. Customers will also be given the chance to to be contacted by a GODIVA team member regarding the shopping experience in the boutique (this is not required and the customer can complete the GODIVA Customer Survey without being contacted).
