In order to take the RA Opinion Survey the employee will need Internet access and the 5 digit access code. www.RAOpinionSurvey.com is available in English or Spanish and will take between 6 to 8 minutes to complete. The employees 5 digit access code will be the Store or Distribution Center number (please note add 0’s before the Store or DC # to equal 5 digits). If the Rite Aid employees job is one of the following they will need the email link from the survey invitation from the InMoment AOS Program: Rite Aid FE Store Manager, Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacist, Wellness Ambassador, and Asset Protection Agent. The employee will be asked a variety of questions in regards to their employment at Ride Aid. The feedback will help make Rite Aid a better place to work.

Any questions in regards to the RAOpinionSurvey.com can be directed to 1-800-RITE AID (1-800-748-3243) between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm ET Monday to Friday or Saturday from 9:30am – 6pm ET (the call center is closed on Sunday). Popular Rite Aid career fields include in store team members, field leadership, supply chain management, pharmacy health care, and internships (ideal for college kids looking to get their foot in the door). Most high level positions at Rite Aid require some sort of college degree or higher level of educations. Applicants without a college degree will want to apply for a store team member job (i.e. stocking shelves).

SideStepSurvey.com will take about 5 minutes to complete and requires the three digit Sidestep store number. The store number will be 3 digits long and can be found towards the top of the cash register receipt. Once the Sidestep store number has been provided the customer will encounter a few questions in regards to their visit. These questions will revolve around the customer service provided at the Sidestep store in question. Please note the customer must complete the Sidestep survey Customer Satisfaction Survey not later than 14 days after the date of the initial purchase. Those who complete the survey will be given a promotional coupon code. This code should be written down on the Sidestep receipt and can be used to obtain 10% off a future purchase at Sidestep. In order to qualify for the promotional discount the purchase must be €50.00 or more.

The Ruby’s Feedback survey code appears to be 7 digits long and consist of all numbers. Customers will be asked a variety of questions in regards their Ruby’s visit and will be rewarded with a coupon in return of their time. All feedback will be used to increase the overall dining experience at Ruby’s and the customers information will never be shared or sold to a third party. Customers who manage to finish the survey will receive a coupon for $2 off any Ruby’s meal of $10 or more. This promotional coupon cannot be combined with any other offers and cannot be combined with any promotions found within the Jitterbug Club (whatever that is). The $2 survey coupon can be used on any future visit to Ruby’s and can be used within any time frame. Ruby’s Diner reserves the right to terminate, extend, or modify the terms of this survey promotion at any time for any reason.

on this visit”, “Please rate the value for your money”, “Recommend this hospitality area to a friend or colleague?”, and then the customer will be provided a blank space to type a few sentences in regards to their visit (good or bad!). Those who finish the survey in full will be granted a redemption code. This redemption code
will be 4 digits long and should be written down on the customers receipt. This redemption code is valid at participating locations only and customers
